CC Skye Turquoise Gigi Cuff
Amongst Bijou Tresor’s Premiere Designs Collections is the Los Angeles-based CC Skye, bestowed with the title as Hollywoods Hottest New Designer by IN TOUCH magazine. Her collection of fashion jewelry is being embraced by the fashion elite and by celebrities drawn to her unique sensibilities.
CC Skye developed her style almost by accident. She was studying abroad in the Himalayas, filming a documentary about Hindu and Buddhist worship, when her “LA Girl” instincts overtook her as she tired of the local fashions necessary for trekking through the mountains. CC Skye began learning how to sew and make dresses from local seamstresses and felt “instantly transported to glamorous feelings” of Los Angeles. This time abroad really fostered her fashion sense by leaving the consumerist mentality and learning to create clothes, rather than simply buy them. Read more of this post
